Prepped Tropical Smoothie Freezer Packets


Smoothie freezer packets are lifesavers! These ones are full of tropical
ingredients for a fresh and naturally sweet morning smoothie. Simply add
water or milk, blitz, and drink. Easy! Note: adding milk will adjust the
nutritional info as the info provided is for the contents of the smoothie
packet only.
Serves: 7 freezer packets (one smoothie per packet)
Container: 7 small sealable, freezer-friendly bags
Time: approximately 10 minutes


Nutritional info per serving – with water added only:
Calories: 145
Fat: 1 gram
Protein: 3 grams
Carbs: 36 grams
Ingredients:
3 bananas, peeled and chopped into chunks
2 fresh mangoes, peeled, flesh cut into chunks
3 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries
2 cups chopped kale
Method:
1. Place the banana, mango, berries, and kale into a bowl and stir to
combine.
2. Divide the mixture into your 7 freezer-safe bags, seal, and place
in the freezer.
3. In the morning, simply throw the contents of one freezer smoothie
packet into your blender, add a cup of water or milk (coconut milk
would be great with this recipe!) and blend. For some extra
sustenance, you could add a handful of oats and some yogurt
